Cable Harnesses

Since World War II, Gladding has provided cable harness braiding for aircraft, automotive, marine, and electrical applications. We provide “sweaters” over the most complex harness assemblies; be it with one branch or multi-branched cables. Materials vary from synthetic fibers to a variety of metallic wire reinforcements. Using your samples or prints, we can offer prompt estimates.

Gladding offers a design and engineering service for reinforced hose braiding—ranging in size from small diameter surgical catheter tubing to reinforced mechanical or fluid transmission hoses. Whether your requirements are for insulation, abrasion resistance, burst strength, or aesthetics, Gladding can offer a full range of braiding fibers or metallics for the job.
